The first round consisted of lockdowns, most businesses closing, social distancing, masks being required everywhere you go, a shortage of toilet paper and cleaning products, and so much much more. As a locksmith company, we implemented several new protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of our staff and customers. So just what will A Lenny Locksmith be doing during a second wave if there are more lockdowns and such?
Learning a new way of living during this COVID-19 pandemic:
Just as we were during the first wave our locksmith technicians will be available to you 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Most of the services that a locksmith provides are very important and need to be readily available when the need arises.
Not only will our techs still be available 24 hours a day we will still offer all of our services as well. This includes everything from car and house lockouts, to lock rekeys, lock changes, and car key replacements and duplication, and all other services we provide.

Just as we believe the services we provide are important we know we must stay on top of every precaution we can to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. We continue to check temperatures on our staff and technicians and anyone with any symptoms is required to quarantine. We still are and will continue to wear masks and gloves on every job and require our technicians to clean their trucks after every job as well. They do this by wiping down their equipment with a sanitizer solution.
