Local Services Perfected Locksmith Services.  I must say it’s hard to surprise me nowadays.  Usually, when company’s are making money they don’t care about anything but the bottom line.  In this case, Google surprised me with the local services program.  Google Guaranteed Local Services is a great program and Google just made it even better.

How they made it better in  A Lenny Locksmith’s eyes was simple.  When they started this program it was for the consumer to make sure they have licensed Locksmiths come to perform Locksmith services.  They didn’t have to do this program they had Google Adwords which I’m sure was doing great.  But they wanted Locksmith services that were associated with them to be licensed and treat the customer right with pricing.  They succeeded in the program by keeping every Locksmith in line that was on Local Services Google.  If they weren’t in line they got thrown off and I know of a few that were thrown off.  Google was serious and even made Google ads just as hard to get on.  Google Ads is formally Google Adwords.

There was one issue A Lenny Locksmith felt they could change to make this program even better.  The issue was the two companies were showing up first all the time every day.  I spoke to my account manager and he gave me pointers on how to try to get up to the top but it seemed impossible.  We spoke about rotating all Local Services ads so it was fair for all the Locksmiths.  He told me he would mention it in meetings and hopefully, it could get done.

I was on the computer today and saw now the Local Service ads are rotating.  I was so happy and now a program I felt had a great concept got perfected.  I called my account manager to tell them how happy I was with the change.  I’m sure he knew I would be.  The change they made now even more competition for locksmiths to do the right thing by customers cause now the two same companies aren’t just popping up.  Now it makes it more competitive but yet fair for a Locksmith ad to show just not only the same two.

A Lenny Locksmith gives Local Services Google 5 stars on such a great program and perfecting the way they did.  To care about consumers to make a program that costs them a lot just to do the right thing in life.
